We ship smiles to most countries around the world. For orders over £30, we offer free standard delivery within the UK. You can find out more about our postage options, including our urgent delivery service here.
Help! I’ve written the wrong address on my order! Can I change it?
We usually dispatch our products on the same day, but contact us as quickly as you can and we’ll do our best to update things before it’s too late.
I haven’t received my order, can you help?

I’ve ordered the wrong size, can I swap it?
Yes, just let us know within 14 days of purchase. As long as the socks are in their original packaging with the labels attached, you can post them back to us. Make sure you include your order number and let us know whether you’d like a refund or a replacement.

I’m buying a gift, can you hide the price?
Don’t worry, we won’t spoil the surprise. We never show prices on our order slips.
Can I choose different characters to go in my gift box?
Sadly, this isn’t possible. However, with so many gift boxes to choose from, we hope you find a character mix that makes you smile.
I’ve seen a character in a gift box, can I buy it individually?
While most of our characters are available to buy as individual pairs, some (e.g. Mambo and Isaac Newtoe) are only available in a set.
Where do you produce ChattyFeet?
We aim to manufacture our products as close to our customers as possible. Our socks are made in Europe and our paper models are created in the UK. While we can’t produce every product close by, we are constantly trying to improve. Read about how we’re working to deliver smiles without the miles here.
How do I enter the discount code?
To apply your code, simply type it into the discount code box when you place your order. We’ve created a couple of videos to explain this further.
