Last Orders - Christmas 2021
As you have probably seen on the news, the rise in Covid cases in the UK is impacting lots of businesses. Our warehouse is currently suffering from a shortage of staff, which means, unfortunately, it might take longer than usual to process your orders. Royal Mail is also experiencing delays. We appreciate every single order we receive from ChattyFeet customers, so we wanted to provide you with as much information as possible in the run up to Christmas.
Deliveries to the UK:
Please order by 16th December using our “tracked” delivery option to receive your order before Christmas. Please note that Royal Mail is experiencing delays and that this is out of our control.
If you can’t order before then, please use the “urgent” delivery option before the 19th December. DPD is the most reliable shipping option, but again, any delays are out of our control.
Deliveries to Europe:
Please order before 19th December to receive your order before Christmas.
All orders to Europe are dispatched from Germany with GLS.
